| Check in/Check out Times We ask that guests check in between 3:00pm and 9:00pm. If you will be later please let us know so that we can make arrangements to provide you access. Check out time is 11:00am. Picture ID is required at check in. Room Rate Ranges (US Dollars) Room rates range from $74.00 to $129.00. All rooms subject to 7% NC sales tax and 3% occupancy tax. Check for specific rate when making a reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice.   PaymentsWe accept cash, personal checks, money order, VISA or MasterCard. Payments made by personal check require credit card imprint at check-in. A $25.00 fee is applied to each returned check. Key Deposit There is a $10.00 room key deposit. Cancellations We understand that sometimes your travel plans will change. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance of your reserved arrival date if you need to make changes. Cell Phones There is limited access for cell phones at Pine Mountain Resort. Non-Smoking/Smoking Rooms A limited number of smoking rooms are available. Children Children under 12 years of age stay free. Pets We expect that on occasion you may want to bring your pet on vacation with you. Please discuss this when making your reservation as we have limited rooms available for guests traveling with their four-legged friends. Pets are not to be left unattended and pets must be leashed in public areas. Note: there is an additional $15.00 non-refundable pet fee. |
